Login problems

=> You can only log on if you have received an invitation from the programme for the Intake, Meet&Greet or Studieadvies op Maat.

=> Forgotten your Saxion account data? Then go to account.saxion.nl |
=> Password changes need time to be processed. When you have changed your password via account.saxion.nl, please wait 10 minutes before you try to log in again, just to be sure. The change has to be updated in several systems within Saxion. This sometimes takes a bit longer. |
=> Multi Factor Authentication (Microsoft Authenticator) is not necessary for this application. With several applications within Saxion the use of the Microsoft Authenticator is necessary to be able to log in. This does not yet apply to this application. It is necessary, however, to give SURFConext permission at your very first log-in via Single Sign On (SSO). |
=> Grant SURFConext permission. When you log in for the first time via the SSO button (Single Sign On button), SURFConext will ask for additional permission. Select Saxion and grant permission. Without this permission logging in via SSO at Saxion will not work. |
EMPLOYEE |
=> Log in via the "Employee" link in the top right-hand corner. |
=> You log in with a separate StudiePitch account via Local Sign-In. If by some mistake the "Federated login" screen is displayed, choose Local Sign-In. |
=> It can happen that when logging in, an error message is displayed stating that you do not have any rights. This can often be solved by deleting everything in the URL after .nl, reloading the page with this shortened URL and then reopening the login screen. Otherwise, delete the browser history and then close and restart the browser. |
=> Forgot your login details? Click on one of the options in the login screen: - Forgotten your password? - Forgotten your user name? You will be redirected to a new page. Fill in your Saxion e-mail address and click on "Send".Your username or new password will be sent to your Saxion e-mail address. |
